SWEET BASIL BEACH BELLINI RECIPE

WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- (Makes 5 servings)
- ½ cup Beach Bellini loose-leaf tea
- ½ tsp Belgian Rock Sugar
- ½ cup water
- ½ cup basil leaves, washed
- 1 cup ice
- Splash of vodka (optional)
- Teabloom Tea Maker (16 fl oz)
- Glasses
HOW TO MAKE SWEET BASIL BEACH BELLINI RECIPE
Prepare your basil simple syrup:-
- Combine sugar, water and basil in a small saucepan. Bring to a light boil, then reduce heat and stir frequently until sugar has dissolved (about 15 minutes). Remove from heat and let cool. Strain into a heatproof jar and store in an airtight container. Note: this can be made ahead.

- Add Beach Bellini loose-leaf tea into a 16 fl oz Teabloom Tea Maker; bring water to a boil, then pour and let steep for five minutes. When done brewing, release brewed tea over a pitcher full of ice to flash-chill, then immediately strain ice cubes.
- Fill each glass with ice, 2 tablespoons basil simple syrup, and 1 cup brewed tea. Add a splash of vodka (if desired). Cheers!
