What are your accepted payment methods?
Teabloom accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal and Pay with Amazon. Please note, Pay with Amazon is NOT Amazon Prime, it is merely using the payment method from your Amazon account. All transactions are in U.S. Dollars. You may also make payment by personal check, certified check, or money order in U.S. currency only. Just place items in your shopping cart, proceed to checkout and complete checkout up to the point where we ask for credit card information. Print out the order summary on that page and mail the information to us with your payment. Please note that orders mailed to us require a longer processing time than those placed on our website. Can I ship one order to multiple locations?
Yes. If you are looking to send Teabloom products to two or more addresses, add products to your shopping cart, then click on the purple cart button on the top right of the page, and then below the green button 'proceed to checkout' you will find a link named 'Shipping to two or more addresses? Login & Checkout Here', just click it, login to your account and add as many shipping addresses as you wish and then use the simple drop down tool to assign each one to the product you wish to send.  It's quick and easy.

Can I use pre-paid Gift Cards to pay for my order?
YES. When using a pre-paid Gift Card from VISA, MasterCard or AMEX, enter the pre-paid Gift Card number in the Credit Card field in Payments. When using prepaid gift cards, the amount on the card must MEET or EXCEED the amount of your online order. For example, if you have a $50 VISA Gift Card, and your order total is $75, your gift card will be declined, because the card does not have enough funds to cover the entire order total. Some stores and websites offer their own Gift Cards or Gift Certificates. When used, they simply deduct the amount of the card (for example $50) from your online order total (for example $75). You then pay the remaining balance with a credit card or payment of your choice ($25). Our Teabloom Gift Certificates and Teabloom E-Gift Cards work this way.  

Do you have gift certificates?
YES. Our Gift Certificates are a perfect alternative to guessing someone's favorite tea blend or product. You may print the certificate from our website and deliver in person, or, send it via email. Since we do not send a physical certificate or card, there is no shipping charge for Teabloom Gift Certificates. NOTE: Gift Certificates apply only to the cost of product(s) and associated taxes, Gift Certificates do not apply to shipping charges.

How do I check my Gift Certificate balance?
If you used a portion of your Gift Certificate, your remaining balance will be saved in your Teabloom account. To check your Gift Certificate balance, sign in to your Teabloom Account and click on the tab Gift Certificates.

Do you collect sales tax?
Teabloom is required to collect U.S. sales tax on orders from California, Florida, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Wisconsin and Washington. Due to regulations, Teabloom must charge a Canadian GST/HST rate tax. The rates vary by province, see a list of rates below. This tax only applies to our gift sets and tea accessories:

Do you offer gift wrapping?
We do not currently offer gift wrapping, but we do offer several gift boxed products. Our gift boxes are as elegant as any gift solution on the market. Please explore our selection.
