International Shipping
We offer fixed standard shipping (starting at $79) to all International Addresses, for both corporate buyers and customers. We deliver via UPS, FedEx or USPS for residential and commercial addresses. For in-stock items, please allow 2-3 business days to process the order and 2-5 business days for shipping via UPS, FedEx or USPS. If the item is out of stock, please allow 8-16 weeks for us to refill our inventories. If you expect to order a big volume, please contact us directly at Teabloom Customer Loyalty Team to get detailed information.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
We offer gift wrapping at our US Teabloom Amazon Store, at our Teabloom Canada Amazon Store and at our Amazon Stores in Europe: Teabloom UKTeabloom DE,  Teabloom ITTeabloom FRTeabloom ES We do not currently offer gift wrapping on this website, but we do offer several gift boxed products. Our gift boxes are as elegant as any gift solution on the market. Please explore our selection.


Return and Exchange Policy 
At Teabloom, we stand behind quality of everything we sell and want you to be satisfied with every purchase. If your orders fail to meet your expectations, please return the merchandise within 30 days of purchase date for exchange, or refund. 

For Returns or exchanges, please make sure the following conditions are met:

  • Merchandise must be in their original condition and packaging.
  • No later than 30 days from the actual date of purchase date.
  • Obtain the RMA#: please contact our customer service at Teabloom Customer Loyalty Team
  • Please provide pictures of broken parts when you contact Teabloom Customer Loyalty Team, along with your order ID.

Please follow these steps when returning a product:

  • Repack the merchandise in its original packaging with the original packing slip and packing material, if possible.
  • Return the merchandise, along with original receipt. The RMA# should appear on the outside of the shipping box to the address provided:

Upon receipt of returned item(s), we will issue you an exchange or a full refund for your purchase.
